Comac Optima Range

The Comac Optima Range is a ride on scrubbing machine with a robust design, suitable for working in different environments, both commercial and industrial, up to 8000 sqm/h ensuring excellent performances, even for the deep cleaning of various hard floors such as warehouses, logistic centers or finer surfaces such as in shopping malls.

The Comac Optima range is available in the scrubbing version with two disc brushes of 43 and 52 cm of working width, or in the scrubbing-sweeping version with two cylindrical brushes of 86 cm of working width.

Comfort and complete control over the machine ensured by the operator position and easy controls, enhance the results during the operations. The big tanks capacity increases working autonomy while quiet operations allow to perform also in daytime without disturbing the people around: such features guarantee great efficiency and productivity.

To increase performances some optional accessories are available such as the double vacuum motor of 36 V or a wider squeegee of 1315 mm.

Safety is prioritized with hydraulic brakes, LED headlights, anti-skid wheels, and an emergency stop button. For added convenience, the Optima features color-coded parts for easy maintenance

Comac Optima Models

The Comac Optima 85 B is a battery powered scrubber dryer with two disc brushes and traction (drive motor).

The Comac Optima 100 B is a battery powered scrubber dryer with two disc brushes and traction (drive motor).

The Comac Optima 90 BS is a sweeping-scrubbing version with two cylindrical brushes and traction (drive motor).

Comac Optima Features

Eco Mode

Press a single button to reduce machine energy consumption and noise level. It is an ideal working setting to save energy by increasing autonomy. Available on the BT / BTS / BTO versions only.

Stop & Go System

When the Optima is temporarily idle, the solution flow stops and the brushes are halted. This serves to optimize consumption and reduce waste.

Silent Worker

The vacuum motors are isolated inside a double wall chamber, that reduces the noise level to work silently, preserving the operator’s health.

Hydraulic Brakes

Optima is equipped with an hydraulic brake that works on the rear wheels, thus increasing safety and comfort . The electro brake mounted on the front motor-wheel works as an emergency or parking brake.

Easy Fill Tanks

The length of the hose for solution tank filling allows to directly and comfortably reach a water tap. As optional a fast fill system with float is also available to reduce downtimes.

Simple Emptying

The hoses for the tanks emptying are in the back of the machine, in a comfortable and visible position. The position of the hose is designed to avoid accidental water leak due to the water pressure. The large diameter makes the emptying faster and handier.
