Clenli Direct has a fully qualified service and maintenance team with over 20 years of industry experience. We provide our clients with a 24-hour emergency response service to ensure that you can contact someone in case of emergency any time, day or night. At Clenli Direct we are acutely aware of the importance of after-sales service and you will find us to be very client-focused. Our commitment to our customers has served us well, as is evident from our very loyal customer base. We will be there when you need us, and if required we can even provide you with replacement machinery. By managing our supply chain network and storing optimum stock levels through different collaboration systems Clenli Direct is not exposed to our manufacturer's lead times; this enables us to complete 99% of service calls on the first visit.

Using SAM, service jobs can be logged and assigned to an engineer. Within minutes, you'll have a service call logged and an engineer assigned with a date of arrival.


Portable Appliance Testing

Our Service Team can PAT test any machine on sites with a pass/fail. If the appliance happens to fail, our engineers can fix the appliance on-site until it passes.


Service Reporting

Transparencey and analytics are extremely important in managing a fleet of machinery. That's why we have detailed & custom reports for our clients and their cleaning machine fleet.
